PDF Download Instructions
PC Users:
Right-click the link and select "save link/target as...". Then browse to your desktop and save the files there.

Mac Users:
Click and hold the link and select "Save this link as..." (Netscape) or "Download link to disk" (Internet Explorer). Then browse to your desktop and save the files there.

Both - If you're sure that you have the Acrobat Reader 4.0+ plugin for your browser installed, click the link to the pdf and the pdf should automatically open in your browser window.
