Shakespeare Season Event: London Globe
The Open University and Globe Education are coming together on Saturday 12th November to offer a day of events and lectures at Shakespeare's Globe in London.

Amongst the attractions of the day are a series of lectures on Shakespeare, his lfe and works - including Shakespeare on film, Shakespeare's rise to fame, and how different generations approach the challenges of staging the works of the Bard.

There's also talks on the Globe Theatre itself, music in the Elizabethan age, and one of the theatre's player revealing the secrets of delivering those famous words.

You'll also get the chance to see the Shakespeare's Globe exhibition - when you register for the OU event you'll receive a £2 off voucher - and OU advisers will be on hand to offer advice about all aspects of studying with the OU.

For a full timetable, details of how to get to the Globe, and a form to allow you to prebook sessions (recommended, but not essential), download our Shakespeare's Globe leaflet.

The leaflet is a PDF document. If you have trouble opening it, you may need the free Adobe Reader download.
