Janet Walton is doing the Masters of Science Project with the Open University.

She is focussing her research on exercise addiction. Last month she ran a triathlon, her second this year. We're a bit worried about Janet - is she getting addicted to exercise herself?

At this stage the students are probably not getting much sleep. They're focussed on their findings and putting the final touches to their work.

So what's involved in this "last leg of the race", and how to students keep in touch with what's required?

Tutor Dr Val Rees gives us an insight into the process.

Janet's against the wall, wired, stressed out, and to top it all off she's just missed a major deadline.

So how's she coping with things?
