How does an inquiring mind transform itself into a scientist? In 2001 we followed three Masters of Science students as they undertook the Open University experience. What is life like when you delve into the world of science? How do you juggle the demands and pressures of life with part-time study? How does distance learning change the way you think about study? Each student recorded a video diary for one week per month.
