Nobody’ s Normal is a series about five significant stages in a lifetime…as lived by disabled people and their families, coming this autumn to BBC One.

Starting with birth stories, we follow different families through lifetime's landmarks - going to school, starting dating, striking out for independence when leaving home and finally into old age.

Each film has a story to tell and together they build up a picture of family life we can all recognise, sometimes funny, sometimes touching, sometimes tough.
