What's all this?

If you're worried your mind isn't working quite right - or fretting about a friend - then Headspace is your heads-up.

Want to know more about mental health? The Open University offers the following course:

Mental Health & Distress: Perspectives and practice - This course will appeal to anyone who works with people experiencing mental health problems, as well as to those who want to learn more about this subject. It will encourage you to see issues from different points of view, including those of mental health service users. You will explore the contested nature of mental health; how services can match users' needs; and the implications for better practice.

If your own mental health issues can make conventional study difficult, have you thought about trying the more flexible approach of the OU? Find out more about the OU difference with New to the OU.

There are many more courses relating to your body and healthcare available through the OU - try take body & mind further
