Think Friends
One in four of us will experience some sort of mental health problem during our lives. It can be lonely and frightening - and it can be equally scary when it's one of our friends who's being attacked by their own heads.

As part of the BBC Headspace campaign, we have suggestions for ways for friends to watch out for each other.
