"Everything I'm doing, there's always a part of that that ties into my work. At the moment I'm a trainee - I've basically been given another job because I've been studying - an opportunity was opened up for me and I grabbed on to that. So, basically what I'm doing in my job now is all training. So, we do things like the industry versus the environment, which is a lot of stuff about that in the course I'm doing. The communications aspect, in itself, all that information technology, that's all stuff I do on a day-to-day basis. Research is a large part of my work as well, on other companies and stuff, and today we spent a lot of time on research.

The big challenges for me have been actually returning to study; I have been away from it for so long now so the actual concept of having to study again and try and learn and not feel as though I'm stupid and that, you know, everyone else is going to be really clever, and I'm not. And it's been a huge challenge to come here and, you know, be involved in all this, because I'm not a very confident person, and I feel to this has been quite a challenge for me to actually be here. And I've patted myself on the back for that."
