Kim qualified five years ago and prior to that worked as an adult learning support tutor at a further education college. Although she does not regret her move she has decided that she would like to keep up some teaching. She has been tutoring for the Open University for two years on their social work programme and this year has also taken on an Openings course Understanding Children. Kim enjoys the stimulation of teaching and has even decided to register for a teaching qualification herself.
