Meet Rob Elliott
Rob Elliott owns and operates Fernlea Meteorites from his home in Fife. He was previously an electronics engineer and designer of military control systems within the UK aerospace industry, and later with atomic weapon development for US Defence. He began to collect meteorites and has since maintained a growing collection of rocks from space in a privately owned museum. His passion for collecting has developed into a full time business that has now grown into one of the largest meteorite dealerships in the world.

Rob is quite rare - he's one of the few people to have found a meteorite by chance in the UK. Of course, being in the business and knowing what to look out for helped - and he's now sharing his insight with Open2.net and Stardate viewers.

For the last few years, Rob has bought and sold meteorites through his shop. You can find out more at Rob's business website - meteorites.uk.com.
